Through the Website (Eurobank Online Brand Manual) We offer You access to and the opportunity to see, read, print or download Our up to date logos and various corporate identity elements, as well as Our up to date guidelines related to use of such elements (logos, open files, templates of use etc.), as approved by Us for use by You, according to the terms and conditions contained in the relevant agreement between Us and You that provides Υou with the right to make such use.

Definitions

You are obliged to refrain from using the Website for acts that may lead to the initiation of criminal or any civil or administrative proceedings against Us and/or Our representatives for actions that indicatively, and not exclusively, are mentioned in the Penal Code, special criminal laws, the legislation on data protection, telecommunication legislation, as well as in the relevant EU legislation, regulatory acts-directives of the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or any other Public or Administrative Authority and Service, as well as from acts that might insult any right or legitimate interest of Us or a third party whatsoever.

You are responsible for any harm done to Us through Your acts or omissions which constitute a breach of Your obligations under these Terms. It is self-evident that this also includes cases where We become embroiled in litigation or are obliged to pay fines or compensation to third parties because You breached Your obligations as a visitor/registered user of the Website. We reserve our right to seek redress against You in all these cases.

Registration

In order to have full access to the content of the Website You must register and create one account to the Website (or more, as the case may be, based on the exact content You need access to according to the agreement in force that You have with Us). In the registration form You will be asked to choose a username and a password of Your choice, as well as to submit your actual first name, last name and email address. You commit that the data you provide during your registration are accurate, valid and true. Submission of Your first name, last name and email address is necessary so that your account may be activated by Us after We have verified that You are qualified to have access to the requested content of the Website (based on an existing and in force agreement between Us and You). After your registration you receive an automatic reply with the approval of your request and a special link for your first connection. In the future the standard login url with the content is Eurobank Online Brand Manual. In case you forget your username or your password you may request to create new from the link “forgot your password?” in the login page. You are solely responsible for all actions taking place via Your account (username/password). You have to take all necessary security measures to ensure the secrecy of Your password and avoid all illegal and/or unauthorized use by third persons. We are not responsible for any harm or damage as a result from Your non-compliance to this clause.

In case You become aware of non-authorized use of Your username and password You must immediately inform the administrators of the Website. For security reasons the deletion of Your account/s from the Website cannot be made directly from You but from the administrators. If you wish to delete your account, please contact group_corporate_communications@eurobank.gr.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete, at Our discretion, Your account at any time when We determine, suspect or confirm that Your use of the Website and/ or its content constitute a breach or non-compliance of these Terms, the terms of the agreement between Us and You that provides You with the right to become a registered user of the Website, the law or generally accepted moral and social standards. Deactivation of Your account shall, in any case, take place upon termination of the agreement between Us and You that provides You with the right to become a registered user of the Website.

Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights

The commercial names, trademarks and other distinctive signs and entire content of the Website (excluding protected third party rights, for which relevant licenses have been obtained by Us and are in force), which includes but is not limited to:

texts, graphics, photographs, videos, news, articles, information, data, diagrams, images, product/service names and descriptions, as well as the interface, look and layout of the materials and the software,

are Our exclusive intellectual and industrial property and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, European and international intellectual and industrial property law.

You may have access to, print, copy, download, save and, in general, use specific content form the Website according to the Terms and the terms and conditions contained in the relevant agreement between Us and You that provides you with the right to make such use.

It should be clearly understood that this is not a copyright license agreement under any circumstances. Access to the content of the Website is only provided in order to facilitate an existing and in force agreement between You and Us. Any use of the content of the Website must, at any time, be made in accordance with the terms of such agreement and, in any case, prior to any use by You of content of the Website for any reason (especially commercial, i.e. in tv spots, internet banners, social media posts, stationary templates e.tc.), You must have obtained Our prior written consent over the final mockup material.

In all other respects, all acts or measures taken without our prior written consent relating to any manner, means or type of:
